The CRCC Fund Application was developed by the ILA, USMX, and the CRCC Fund to improve accuracy, accountability, and to increase transparency of East and Gulf Coasts shipping data.

The shipping data is centralized, and for the first time it is transparent to all parties.
The CRCC Fund Application consolidates fact-based information including:

  • manifests

  • voyages

  • vessels

  • containers and

  • tonnage data.

After the data is collected — it is authenticated, reviewed, and reconciled by the CRCC Fund. This ensures its integrity and a full-understanding of all transactions.

The CRCC Fund Application gives carriers and container freight stations the ability to self-audit, track, and reconcile billing — greatly reducing their administrative burden.

For example, in the past a carrier would have had to send more than twenty checks a month (14 ports plus seven funds) and each one had to be reconciled. Today, they only send one, and the CRCC Fund takes care of the rest. The CRCC Fund Application also calculates moratoria, CBI rates, and all other special rates removing another incredibly time consuming manual task from carriers.

Every step of the voyage — from inception to completion — is monitored, authenticated, and audited by the CRCC Fund and the CRCC Fund Application.
